Guest guest
Hello everyone! I am so glad to be a part of the group! I look forward to getting some really good tips on vegetarian eating. My family and I just changed to (mostly) vegetarian. I started with a few recipes I found on the internet, tried a few things of my own, and now I need some new ideas! I decided to share one of my made up recipes. My family really liked it! Chinese Spaghetti....(I don't think it is really chinese though, lol) 1 box whole wheat spaghetti noodles 1 med garlic clove 1 med onion, diced 1/2 c shredded carrots 1 c broccoli, chopped 1 green bell pepper, diced 1 tbsp wok oil (or whatever oil you have available) 1 red bell pepper, diced 1 cup peas, thawed if frozen garlic, onion powder, salt and soy sauce to taste (feel free to add or substitute any veggies...I change them around almost everytime I make it) 1. Cook noodles according to package directions 2. Sautee veggies and seasonings in a large skillet until tender crisp. 3. Add noodles to skillet along with soy sauce.
