Guest guest
This sounds so good if I had some coconut milk or a coconut here right now I'd already be in the kitchen! Thanks for posting. I made my own coconut milk by combining 3/4c coconut and 1 1/2c boiling water in the blender and blending until smooth. http://vegetarian. about.com/ od/desertrecipes /r/coconutpuddin g.htm , " Sarah Navarro " <navarrosarah@ ...> wrote: > > Did you make the vegan coconut pudding or did you buy it? Guest guest
I'm not vegan, but I pulled out my Veganomicon ckbk and made : chile Cornmeal Crusted Tofu, Corn Pudding and Green Pumpkin Seed Mole. It was really good...my dh thought he was eating fish and ate everything even once he found out it was tofu! The Mole was phenomenal (it will go in my permanent collection) Love this ckbk....started with the corn pudding and followed their suggestion for the mole and then their recommendation to serve it with the tofu. That was so helpful, especially for me not knowing what vegan item goes with what, or what any of this would taste like. Sure encourages me to try many more of their recipes! Enjoy the day!
