Guest guest
I baked some Sweet Potato Rounds, Mexican Cornbread Muffins, cooked some Ford Hook Lima Beans, Mushroom & Vegetarian Burger Alfredo Sauce over noodles. For my Sweet Potato Rounds, I just peeled the potatoes and sliced in thick rounds. Then tossed it with a little bit of oil, salt and chili powder. Lay single layer on an Air Bake Pizza Pan(it has small holes to crisp up the bottom). Baked them at 425 for about 25 minutes or until tender and crisp. For the Mushroom & Vegetarian Burger Alfredo, I browned a Can of Worthington Vegetarian Burger in a little oil. Added a drained can of mushrooms and 2 jars of Alfredo sauce. Cook Egg Noodles or Angel Hair Pasta. Drain. Stir into the Alfredo Mixture. Heat through. I steamed some broccoli and we each added some to our Alfredo mixture on our plates and stirred it into it. I sprinkled mine with some Crushed Red Pepper Flakes. Judy

I'm coming to your house! I made lazy day soup, where you just add a bunch of dry veggies to some water flavored with bouillon,. put in some faux-chicken flavored bouillon, some diced dry onions, tomatoes, green peppers, celery, potatoes, peas, scallions, cabbage and parsley. I put in a few squirts of catsup, for color and a bit of sweetness. After it cooked for about 30 minutes, I added about half a cup of leftover lentil chili, a handful of uncooked salad macaroni, some pepper, curry, garlic powder and oregano. I let it simmer another 20 minutes,, then ate it with a drollop of yogurt-based veggie dip.
