Guest guest Posted January 25, 2010 Report Share Posted January 25, 2010 I have cooked old beans as well. I toss them in my pressure cooker just don't add salt until they are done. In one hour I always have the best tasting beans, everyone wants to know why they are so flavorful. When they are done I mash them a little bit with the potato masher and they come out like refried beans with beans pieces in them. I could eat those 2 times a day.
