Guest guest Posted January 25, 2010 Report Share Posted January 25, 2010 Get a tub of extra firm tofu, drain it on paper towels and get the water out as much as possible, dice it in decent sized cubes and marinate it in a mixture of teriyaki and soy sauce, some garlic powder.
