Go to the recipe files and look in the " Substitutions " folder and then look for a folder that is called burgers and loaves or TVP. I have a few terrific recipes for loaves in there. I'm not home right now, I will save your email and repost the recipes for you when I log in later. Keep up the good vegetarian work, you're a determined veg and that's wonderful.
