Guest guest
Hi all, I finally got myself a Vita-mix with the dryblade attachment. I'd love to make quinoa flour. My question is: Quinoa needs to be rinsed before using so it's not bitter. If I want to grind it into flour do I need to rinse and dry it or can I just go ahead and grind it? Any advice would be appreciated. Paula
