Guest guest Posted January 28, 2010 Report Share Posted January 28, 2010 Spinach, Olive Bread Rounds 1 10 oz. package frozen defrosted spinach, chopped 1/2 cup romano or parmesan cheese, grated 1/2 cup olives, chopped 1 cup vegannaise rye bread rounds Drain spinach until liquid is removed. In a bowl, combine ingredients. Spread on bread rounds. Place rounds on a cookie sheet. Broil in oven for 5 to 10 minutes or until mixture is bubbly. Makes about 32.
