Guest guest Posted January 30, 2010 Report Share Posted January 30, 2010 Crunchy Beans with Turnips 3 ozs. turnips, sliced 1/4 inch thick 3 ozs. lima beans, cooked 2 tbsps. chives, minced 1 tsp. curry 1 tsp. soy sauce 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tbsps. soy oil 1 1/2 ozs. walnuts, chopped 3 ozs. soybean sprouts Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease 4 x 8 baking pan with soy oil. Steam turnips. Combinelima beans, chives, curry, soy sauce, salt andsoy oil in a blender with 2 ounces water. Pureeuntilsmooth. Combine all ingredients together and mix well. Transfer to baking pan and cook for 15 minutes.
