Guest guest Posted February 1, 2010 Report Share Posted February 1, 2010 My very veggie burger recipe Very Veggie Burgers 2c cooked rice 2c " beef " flavored TVP- I used unflavored and added some powdered boullion 1c uncooked oatmeal 2TBS nutritional yeast 1c chopped onion 6TBS flax meal plus 12 TBS hot water or other egg equivalent 1c gluten flour 2tsp salt 1tsp pepper 2 TBS Beef-like seasoning 2TBS kitchen bouquet 1 large carrot, shredded 4-8oz sliced mushrooms Saute the onion, carrot, and mushrooms in a pan with a little oil. Combine all the other ingredients in a bowl, add veggies and mix well. If it is too dry you can add a little soy milk or water, if it is too wet add a little flour.
