I am Sheri, I'm 56 years old and have been eating vegetarian for 16 or 17 years. I belong to another where a couple of the gals happened to mention that you guys share some great recipes, so here I am. I love food, and am always happy to find new ways to cook and eat it:-) Thanks for allowing me to join; I'm looking forward to visiting your recipe files. Guest guest Posted February 8, 2010 Report Share Posted February 8, 2010 AND because of you two I found this group too!!! For the others....I'm Marion, I'm 49 and live in Western Australia. I am in the process of going totally vegetarian (I am fully veg at home but eat meat if it is served to me when at friend's for meals) and cutting processed foods out of my diet as much as I can. I'm also very interested in eating raw foods and am ordering in a few books on that through the local library tomorrow.....it's too hot to walk over there today! It's Summer down here at the moment and while that gives us all the Summer fruits in season I find the heat hard to handle. My name is Pat.. I will be 49 next Monday and I live in Amherstburg, Ontario Canada.. about 15 minutes from the Detroit Michigan border I am not vegetarian yet.. but am trying to switch over. I am almost completely off processed foods (still slip occasionally) and am interested in raw foods as well. It looks as though this group has quite a variety of recipes.
