Guest guest Posted February 8, 2010 Report Share Posted February 8, 2010 Snappy Bean Bake 3 ozs. broccoli flowerets, in bite-size pieces 3 ozs. snap beans, cut into bite-size pieces 3 ozs. tofu, cut into 1/2-inch cubes 3 ozs. lima beans, cooked 1 1/2 ozs. brazil nuts, chopped 2 tbsps. soy oil 1 tsp. mustard 2 tsps. fresh chives, minced 1 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped 1/2 tsp. tarragon 1/2 tsp. salt Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
