Dena - dairy

Dena, I used to drink a gallon of skim milk a week by myself. Try

unsweetened original almond milk -- Almond Breeze is a good brand. I just

tried Silk's new almond milk, which is priced lower than Almond Breeze

(though that may just be because it is new). I have even found Almond Breeze

in Walmart... It's the closest to skim dairy milk that I have found. I don't

care for soy milk at all, and rice milk has a weird starchy texture to it. I

have even been able to drink almond milk with chocolate chip cookies!
