Melt the butter, add flour but don't brown it, and add the milk. With it on low

temp add the egg whites. Sprinkle on the egg yolk and put it all on the toast.

Hope this is correct because unlike the others on the list I don't usually cook

without a recipe with quantities. This seems easy.
