Guest guest
Look for this stuff when you go: http://www.veganessentials.com/catalog/natural-desserts-gluten-free-vegan-jel-de\ ssert.htm. (I find it much cheaper than the price online at the SDA hospital food store). It's packaged up just like Jello and, although the directions are slightly different, it's still super easy to make and tastes and sets up just like Jello for fruit salads. I never cared much for Jello, but sometimes like the traditional jello salads my family makes for holidays -- strawberry with frozen strawberries and whipped cream, or orange with mandarin oranges and shredded carrots. Guest guest
If you ever get to a Seventh Day Adventist Store, they carry stuff like that.
