I learned this recipe from my great grandmother so u can imagin how old this could be. serve 2-3* 4 chapaties - break it into small pieces of about half inch 1 big onion - finely chopped cumin seeds - 1tea spoon mustard seeds - 1 tea spoon garlic - 2 cloves chopped read chilly powder - 1 tea spoon (as per ur taste) 1 tb spoon vegtable oil salt as per ur taste Method: Heat a pan and add oil, when heated add musterd seeds and allow them to crackle them add cumin seeds and when crackled add finely chopped garlic. When garlic turns golden brown add finelly chopped onion and saute till it turns golden brown, add red chilly powder and then add chapati and mix well till chapati becoms crunchy and crispy. Garnish it with choped coriender leaves FOR A CHANGE U CAN ADD BOILED GREEN PEAS IN IT SERVE THIS WITH HOT MASALA TEA OF FILTER COFFEE Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
