Guest guest
Anyone here do yoga? I started last week and am proud of myself that I have made time for it every day so far. This morning, after my boys woke me up around 5:30, I still forced myself to do it. I have to say that I feel so much better and more energized. Weird, huh? And it's no teven stressful or hard. Just breathing and stretching. What I want to know is how long it will take for me to see physical results? I am doing Sara Ivanhoe's 20 minute flat abs yoga workout. I started with her Yoga for Dummies but feel that the flat abs is what I need (after having 3 kids!) I will probably stick with yoga, but feel that if I have a goal in mind, it might help me stay motivated... Thanks!
