Finished Valentine Cake

A friend of mine sent me this. I thought you'd enjoy looking at all these

creative cakes that folks have entered into the contest. I love looking at

them, but this creative cake that her sister did is great and so funny. If you

have a chance tomorrow, vote for her cake. Voting is on Feb. 17th. online.

 

My youngest daughter loves the Ace of Cakes and Cake Boss TV shows(me too) and

this site is right up her alley. LOL Lots of great ideas for making cakes and

decorating them creatively.

and now that it is finished I plan to give it to the Crossville homeless

shelter. All the decorations are hand made and edible. incuding the candie

papers, roses and rat. I doubt I have any hope of placing because there are

hundreds of entries but I decided to try because the top three will be published

in their national magazine and I thought it would be good publicity for my

business.
