Guest guest Posted February 16, 2010 Report Share Posted February 16, 2010 Hello everyone...I just joined the group and I am very excited. I haven't been a vegetarian long...still learning. However, I do know that when I elimate meat from my diet I feel soooo much better. I am an " A " blood type person and according to the book How to Eat Right for your Blood Type, by Dr. Peter J. D'Adamo, I am supposed to be practically a vegetarian. I can have some meat, but very little. I am looking foward to the recipes and conversation on here.
