It means Tried and True. The person that submitted the recipe has made it and

enjoyed it, before sending the recipe to the group.

I know that TNT is long-time common usage in this group, and getting

people to change is next to impossible, but I wonder if there might

be a better way to abbreviate Tried and True so the new folks won't

be confused. After all TNT does have another meaning. :-) Perhaps:

 

TnT

TandT

T 'n T

 

I kind of like the last one myself.
