I get canned Heinz vegetarian beans, they are inexpensive.  I bake them in the

oven with catsup, molasses, brown sugar, minced garlic, minced onion, dash of

liquid smoke, spash of vinegar, pinch of cinnamon and cardamom, bake on 350,

stir now and then, or bake longer on 325.

Season to taste with the above ingredients, I don't measure.

When they are done they are gone in a flash, delicious!  Trust me, I know what

I'm doing even though I don't always write the recipe down. I can cook baby.

Hello!

Speaking of beans! I took the canned vegetarian beans by Bush, Chili beans,

added black beans and served over rice. On top of that I cut up some fresh

avocado and tomato, topped with salsa and shredded some cheese! OFF THE HOOK

delicious!!!!!!!! So simple and the whole family LOVED it!

These baked beans sound yummy too! Gonna have to try it!!
