       Thanks for the recipe for green tomato cake!  I don't do desserts all

that often, but my Dad has told me about making a green tomato cake--trouble is,

he's made one a few times, but never when I am there to try it!  LOL!  I've

always wondered what they taste like and how to make them--of course, Dad's not

yet " gotten around " to giving me HIS recipe!  Since I haven't had my own place

to grow tomatoes in the past few years, I don't always have access to GREEN

ones, but who knows?  Maybe that will change in the near future.  Anyway, now I

have a recipe to try sometime and don't have to wait for my dad to get his

copied!
