Guest guest Posted February 19, 2010 Report Share Posted February 19, 2010 Miso Sauce for Pasta 2 tbsps. safflower oil 8 scallions, finely chopped 2 garlic cloves, minced 1/4 cup yellow miso 1 cup vegetable stock, warmed 4 tbsps. chopped fresh parsley In a medium skillet, heat oil. Add scallions and garlic, saute for 3 minutes. Transfer to a medium bowl. Add miso. Slowly add 1 cup stock stirring well all the time. Add more liquid if you want a thinner sauce. Makes 2 servings.
