Guest guest Posted February 19, 2010 Report Share Posted February 19, 2010 Oven Roasted Potatoes 3# small red potatoes onion powder garlic powder ground corainder tumeric paprika organic coconut oil salt and pepper (optional) Leave skin on but cut out eyes on potatoes. Dice to thumb nail size pieces. Sprinkle spices over potatoes. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of organic coconut oil over potatoes. Stir until mixed and evenly coated. Use a large non stick or spread 2 tablespoons of coconut oil on a shallow baking pan. Place potatoes in a single layer on baking pan. Bake in a preheated 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
