I was flipping through March's Vegetarian Times Magazine today and found awesome

recipes as always, but two really peaked my interest as I'm recovering from

strep and a head cold that won't go away (the head cold that is).  The first is

Blueberry Yogurt Cake with Lemon Glaze and the second is Darke Chocolate and

Banana Panini.  Yummmmm.....Perfect food with a nice hot drink.  If you don't

get Vegetartian Time Magazine you should.  The have such wonderful recipes.

Don't forget to comparison shop for your subscriptions.  I renewed mine through

publisher's clearing house for $4.99 for a year or two.  I can't remember.  That

is a great savings over the $19.99 for a year at most places.
