That was very kind of you to list the recipe titles. This magazine has only

gotten better in the last few years.

If you are interested get one or more of their used cookbooks on Amazon.com or

swaptree.com. The recipes are fantaatic.

When I purchased vegetarian cookbooks in the past three weeks I did purchase

two of their different cookbooks.  I got their complete cook book and their low

fat and fast cook book.  All of which where through half.com.  I love half.com

because of the prices and because of the recycling nature of it all.  I am

still working my way through it all because of coming down with strep and this

wretched head cold.  I can't think straight with all this stuff in my head.

There is just too much in my head and none of it is thoughts!  I purchased a

copy of Master Cook and want to import all the wonderful recipes from here and

my pressure cooker/rice cooker groups and the recipes I love from my collection

of cook books and magazines like VT.  I've been getting VT for some 8 years

because I wanted a source for great vegetable recipes and got so much more.  I

was only finding boring vegetable cook books down here, so VT was such a great

surprise to this

small town girl.  When I came across someone's suggestion of getting the VT

cook book instead of this one I was looking at I jumpped on it.  I felt like I

hit the jackpot!  Thanks for bring it up for others to pick up on too!  I

should have mentioned it, but drat this head cold.  You don't know how many

times I've spell checked and retyped in this message alone.
