Guest guest
These are so moreish, once you've made them once you'll have to make them again! Preperation Time: 15 Cooking Time: 15 Difficulty: 3 Serves: 2 Let's Cook Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and add onion, carrot, potatoes and garlic and cook over a medium heat for 5 minutes. Add the Quorn mince, cumin, tikka masala paste and the frozen peas and cook for 3 minutes. Allow to cool. Lay the sheets of filo pastry on a clean work surface and cut them into three equal strips lengthways. Brush a strip lightly with melted butter. Spoon a tablespoon of the Quorn filling onto the pastry about 4cm from the end. Fold the left corner of the filo diagonally to the right side of the dough to cover the filling and continue folding in the same way until you reach the end of the sheet. Repeat the process with remaining sheets of filo. Place the samosas on a lightly greased baking sheet, brush with a little more melted butter and sprinkle over a few sesame seeds. Bake at 200°C Gas Mark 5 for 15 minutes or until golden. Serve with a spoonful of tzatziki and some mango chutney.
