Our place is curretly affected by El Nino penomenon so its hot here in Batangas

Philippines. The hot weather made the tomatoes grow and fruits ripe faster so

the prices  of tomatoes goes less than $0.24 per pound (the lowest price so

far).

I purchased lot of tomatoes cut into quarters, deseeded them and sprinkle some

salt and dried them under the sun. The hot weather resulted to nice-looking

sun-died tomatoes.

Now I don't know where to use them. Any ideas?

Thanks,

Arnold
