Guest guest Posted February 23, 2010 Report Share Posted February 23, 2010 Kitchen Pepper 3 nutmegs, crushed with a rolling pin 2 tbsps. black peppercorns 2 tbsps. anise seed 2 tbsps. coriander seeds 1 tbsp. ground ginger 1 tsp. whole cloves Combine all the ingredients and grind to a fine powder.
