Guest guest
Caesar Salad Dressing Ahead of time, soak some seaweed, any kind, doesn't matter (it comes dried in a package) in some water, maybe like a 1/4 cup of water and break up the seaweed and soak in the water for like a few hours, and drain the seaweed out of the water, so you are just left with the water. Dressing Ingredients: 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon white pepper 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 clove garlic, minced (I use garlic powder when in a hurry, tastes the same) 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar 3 tablespoons olive oil 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 heaping tablespoon of mayo, or veganaise (you can do the raw egg thing, as most recipes call for, but I never do) pinch of sugar mix all ingredients, and now, carefully add the seaweed water, a little at a time, until you get your desired taste. Place the salad dressing ingredients in the bottom of a large salad bowl and mix well. Toss in salad ingredients to mix.
