Guest guest
Michelle, I've never hosted a traditional seder so I just skip that part, but a friend of mine used a lamb Beanie Baby for the seder plate once We all thought it was adorable, but something a little more elegant and lamb-shaped would work too Or do you mean for the menu? There's a really nice Passover menu in Molly Katzen's Still Life with Menu. I think I've posted the tsimmes and the charoset recipes, so they should be in the files. And, just as an aside, the matzoh ball soup in Vegan with a Vengeance is amazing. (I'm pretty sure I posted that too.) Hope some part of my early morning rambling is helpful. Have a great Passover!
