Guest guest
Re: chart of Iron-rich foods Is there a site where I can see this chart in the original? Something must have happened when it was e-mailed thru the posting...it came out in my e-mail all jumbled. I can't make sense out of it as there are no columns and the listing of each food is followed by a batch of numbers--not in readable columns or categories but just a string of numbers and no spaces between them or anything. (I THINK the words at the beginning of the post are actually headings to columns on a page where these foods are listed. The " headings " are all clumped together, too, and not where they maybe are supposed to be for a " chart " .) If I could see what the original chart looked like, then all the jumbled number data that follows the listed food would make sense. Also, the " highlighted in red " never came thru in MY e-mail, because I don't have rich text e-mails. I only can see just the printed words and they are printed in the font that my e-mail allows only. THANKS for helping! --Laura B.,in Illinois.
