Mmm, roasted kohlrabi, mashed kohlrabi, honey butter and... Some strange reason I'm getting rather hungry. Perhaps one will go into the kitchen and nosh on something green. This is going to be one cool part of the garden this summer, lol. I should be working on finding the best price on white taters, more beans, collards and stuff but noooo, I'm looking at the world's neatest odd veggies.
