Guest guest
Make sure when you marinade it to take a fork or toothpick and poke some small wholes in it, this will help the marinade penetrate your tofu for extra flavor, I like to bake it, firms it up, and gives it a chewy texture. Guest guest
Donna, I poke holes in tofu too when I marinate the strips that I dehydrate and make into jerky. My favorite marinade is just plain old Bragg's Aminos. I've tried both oven baking and using the dehydrator and like the dehydrator best. Tofu jerky is great for camping and hiking. Lightweight and a good source of protein.
