Good morning my fellow veggies. In search of open-pollinated heirloom seeds and,

naturally, more of my favorite food - beans - I found this website.

http://www.annapolisseeds.com/index.html

What do you call a 16 year old kid who starts his own business selling heirloom

seed and working his arse off and selling things at a reasonable price? He's 17

now and his name is Owen Bridge.

He's got peas, squash, dry beans, pole beans, tomatoes, lettuce, other legumes,

root crops, herbs, flowers, grains and other things are available. The most

expensive thing I saw was a good sized packet of seed for $3.00. His seeds are

organically grown, non-GMO and open pollinated seeds

When my kids were 16, they were either riding horses, exploring the woods here

or playing Atari. Even if you don't buy, go look at his website. Good photos,

good blog, good kid and great gardener. I'm impressed.
