Guest guest Posted March 3, 2010 Report Share Posted March 3, 2010 Healthy Oatmeal Cookies 2 cups barley flour or whole wheat flour 2 cups raw rolled oats 3/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans 1 tsp sea salt 1/2 cup date sugar (I BOIL DATES AND USE THE SYRUP) 1 cup raisins 1/2 cup mild flavored olive oil 1/2 cup pure maple syrup or honey 1 tbsp vanilla 1/2 cup water Mix dry ingredients together in one bowl and blend liquid ingredients in another bowl. Combine liquid and dry ingredients and mix. Spray cookie sheets with PAM or olive oil. Drop cookie dough by spoonfuls and shape into desired form. Bake at 350º for 15 to 20 minutes.
