Guest guest
Good luck with your oral surgery. You should start making veggie broth now and freeze it. You can have some soy yogurt, it's delicious, apple sauce. Go to the soup folder and make smooth soups. Red lentils cook up smooth, how about making an easy pumpkin soup, pea soup can be very smooth too. Don't forget silken tofu, you can blend it with bananas and make a smoothie. This is a good time for you to turn completely vegetarian. I don't like to bust your bubble but if you're still eating meat you're not really a semi-vegetarian. You either are vegetarian or you're not. Now an then but rarely a vegetarian will eat non-veg food item and the word flexitarian was created somehow, who knows but it really seems odd to me, just another label I guess.
