Guest guest Posted March 3, 2010 Report Share Posted March 3, 2010 Cumin is one of those spices like cardamom, or even the herb cilantro. They are in a league of their own. If you use too much it's hard to reduce the flavor. Did you try adding some garlic powder or extra onion, even a diced tomato?
