I found Henderson's Bush Baby Limas at Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds and am very

glad to do so. These are our favorite beans - a small butter bean, cooks quickly

from dried or fresh. Lovely flavor.

I have recently tried the Christmas limas, they were delicious (and very good

looking!). I hope to grow some later in the early fall.

I have seed for 'rattlesnake' pole beans. They are supposed to be very heat

resistant. I might try them later when it warms up (do not have enough seed to

taste though).

I have heard very good things about Cherokee trail of tears but I have not tried

them yet (do not have seed either)

Thanks! I love beans. I love everything about them...other than that little

outgassing problem that can happen on occasion. They are so easy to grow, I

don't know why more people don't plant them.

Speaking of beans, I'd better go check dinner.
