Guest guest
Hi Shannon. What a wonderful way to encourage her. I think the health aspects are very important. I work as a clerk in an antennatal clinic in a suburban hospital and there is a weight and BMI limit. Most women are visibly upset when they are rejected, and I wonder why more GP's do not discuss this issue with their patients. I know it must be difficult to broach the subject, but the longer it goes unchecked the more difficult it is. I also get annoyed at women's magazines, and the media in general who promote unrealistic pictures for women to aspire to. It is not about being a super thin model, but being healthy. I hope your cousin's daughter achieves everything she sets out to. Yes I am in Perth (considered to be the most isolated capital city in the world) Western Australia (the biggest state in Australia). I would put W.A. but then people think it is Washington lol. Here are some links about where I live that you might find interesting (or not) http://travelwa.iinet.net.au/perth.html http://www.australianexplorer.com/western_australia.htm Virginia West Aussie > My cousin's daughter asked me for weight loss advice. I appreciate the link. Are you from Australia?
