Eggless Zucchini Brownies

 

2 cups flour                       

1/2 cup chopped nuts

1 1/2 cups sugar                    

1 1/2 tsps. soda

1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 cup cocoa

2 cups finely grated zucchini                          

1/4 cup oil

2 tsps. vanilla    

 

Mix dry ingredients. Add all liquids and mix. Pour into well greased 9 X 13 pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool before cutting. Add light frosting if

desired.
