Guest guest Posted March 6, 2010 Report Share Posted March 6, 2010 Spiced Brown Bread Muffins 2 cups whole wheat flour 2/3 cups all-purpose flour 2/3 cup packed brown sugar 2 tsps. baking soda 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 2 cups milk Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease muffin cups. In bowl combine flours, sugar, baking soda and pumpkin pie spice. Stir in milk just until flour mixture is moistened. Spoon into muffin cups. Thanks! I will totally make them again. Oh, I used cinnamon and all spice, as I didn't have pumpkin pie spice on hand. And, I added about a 1/4 cup of raisins, too ) Cassie " life's a garden, dig it!
