Guest guest Posted March 7, 2010 Report Share Posted March 7, 2010 Spice Orange Cocoa Mix 1 cup cocoa 2 cups sugar 1 cup non-fat dry milk 1 tbsp. orange peel 1 tbsp. cinnamon 3/4 tsp. ground cloves Combine all ingredients and place in a zip-loc baggie and place in a tip as a gift.
