Guest guest Posted March 10, 2010 Report Share Posted March 10, 2010 Baked Noodle and Cheese Casserole 1 pkg (12 oz.) wide egg noodles 2 cups cottage cheese, large curd 2 cups sour cream 1 clove garlic, minced 6 tbsp. grated onion 1 tbsp. chopped pimento 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce 1 1/2 tsp. Veg. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese Cook noodles until tender in large amount of boiling salted water. Drain. Combine drained noodles, cottage cheese, sour cream, garlic, and seasonings. Turn into buttered 2-quart casserole and sprinkle grated cheese over the top.
