My name is Dori -I live on a small farm in the foothills of the Blue Ridge

Mountains in North Carolina

 

Although our family does eat meat we mostly eat vegetables from our large all

natural gardens. Our hens provide a bounty of wonderful eggs.

 

I am a food historian, writer, and have 2 new books published. I am working on a

new cookbook entitled " Eating Your Rainbow " it is planned for release this

summer. It will focus on eating vegetables, fruits, also some limited egg and

milk recipes for those who allow these foods in their diets.
