Guest guest Posted March 12, 2010 Report Share Posted March 12, 2010 Kalamata Mascarpone Spread If you make this the day before, the garlic and other flavors will have time to mellow. 1 cup mascarpone cheese, can substitute cream or Neufchatel cheese 4 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves, minced 1 clove garlic, minced 1/4 cup kalamata olives, chopped 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1 teaspoon sea salt Mix together mascarpone, fresh chopped thyme, garlic, kalamata olives, black pepper and sea salt to blend well.
