Kalamata Mascarpone Spread

 

If you make this the day before, the garlic and other flavors will have time to

mellow.

 

1 cup mascarpone cheese, can substitute cream or Neufchatel cheese

4 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves, minced

1 clove garlic, minced

1/4 cup kalamata olives, chopped

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 teaspoon sea salt

 

Mix together mascarpone, fresh chopped thyme, garlic, kalamata olives, black

pepper and sea salt to blend well. Cover and set aside in refrigerator until

ready to serve.
