Guest guest
Ok, going to be trying it. Went shopping and found some in giant Eagle and they have unsweetened. Ya just add your own sweetner.lol They say the regular if you use in baking you should use less sugar about 1/3 C less I believe anyway that's a heads up if anyone else wants to try it It's very low glycemic, non gmo, fiber, has some of the good stuff for you milk does but none of the bad stuff. This isn't the stuff that comes in the cans in the isles, this is like the soy milk and almond milk stuff. Nancy
Guest guest
I like coconut milk in my rice. I just add it instead of water to bring the liquid level up to what I want. I love the flavor it gives the rice, especially if I'm using Jasmine rice, which smells the house up wonderfully. I love Jasmine rice and lima beans. I find coconut milk in the hispanic foods section at WalMart. I'm not sure why it is there and not with the rest of the canned milk products, but that is the WalMart filing system. I'm not sure about drinking it, though that would be nice if I had the nac, but I still just love my cow's and goat's milk.  Dena
Guest guest
It's not the canned milk, it's in the milk section with the soy, and the almond milk and its in a carton too, I think it might be a new thing, not sure. I also looked it up on the web when I got home to get some extra recipes and stuff.lol Nancy
