Guest guest
I'm so glad you mentioned this again--I keep meaning to try it and forgetting to pick some up. You're the best! thelilacflower wrote: > This is refreshing and has little calories, not gopod for cooking but is a tasty drink > Donna > > >
Guest guest
I've never seen that for sale over here, Donna. Do you find that at the Asian markets in LA? Perhaps I should try the Chinese supermarket. Guest guest
No it's at the regular market as well as Whole Foods. It's all over the shevles in Los Angeles. I'm sure it isn't Asian. Sometimes they have it with the sport drinks. Guest guest
I saw a news article about a month ago that said this is all the rage now (coconut water). They said it was good for you because it helps restore electrolites and such, just like gatorade is supposed to do. Of course, this is natural and much healthier!! I also found it funny that I had just purchased some coconut milk to put in smoothies and the following day, the posts about coconut milk appeared. I have never bought it before but since my family has been so sick lately, I am looking for anything to help boost our nutrition.
