I went to a vegetarian meet up yesterday in Kansas city. We ate turnip cake

(tasted like a wet spongy turnip,which I'd never eaten turnip before, by the

way), we ate vegetarian dim sum, as opposed to pork dim sum. I learned my

favorite sauce in all of Kansas City is plum sauce,and I ate these little

pastries called pancakes, yet they were round rings filled with spinach and

cilantro. So,then I had something really good, with tofu skins, on the outside,

in a pinwheel of something on the inside, with almonds.
