Ooh yeah! We always double-batch & freeze'em, too.

 

They are so wonderful that my daughter's boss at

the bakery/coffeehouse/lunch shop where she works

wants the recipe to try for this summer; she has a lot

of vegan and vegetarian dishes and is really into having

delicious new things for people to order. She wants to

make some of my favorite bean burgers, too. :)

Go veggies!

I am sure if something this delicious were available

at a lunch shop that they would soon be one of there

most popular selections......especially if they use this

recipe......they truly are delicious! I hope they do it

and do great with them!
